- Just an e-mail to let you know that Geraldine and I are so happy with the Installation and the product of roofing you recommended , the colour and the low profile being a bungalow really compliments the board and batton siding .This winter was to be a test considering the amount of snow and how cold it got and it was better than we expected . I was also glad that we got the ice guards placed all around the house instead of just the front of the house and over the doorways . Our main concern was what would happen with the weight and the build up of ice and snow or whether it would damage the eavestrough .The Guard held the ice and snow buildup all year , there where no issues at all .This spring when it started to thaw the snow just gradually melted . What also impresses me Colum is when we have rain the water it is distributed evenly because of the profile and ribs separating each panel . We have had family and friends also comment when it drips from the roof onto the eaves how nice it sounds , It may sound silly but we look forward to when we have a really good thunderstorm as it is not noisy at all , more a patter which is very pleasant and soothing to the ear . Please thank Stan and the crew for me I cannot say enough about them , they are true Professional Tradesmen , On time , Courteous and Hard Workers , when they left each night they always cleaned up , with some of the left over roofing Stan fitted it over the bay window at the back of the house and it looks fabulous .
