How far in advance should I book?
Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, and material lead times can add a few weeks. The earlier you call, the more flexibility we have with scheduling. If you’re thinking about a metal roof this year, don’t wait until June.
Can you install over my existing shingles?
In many cases, yes — a metal roof can be installed directly over existing asphalt shingles (called a layover), saving on tear-off costs. Colum will assess your roof deck condition during the inspection to determine the best approach. Learn more in our installation process guide.
